Sarcoma Accelerator responsibilities

Professor Gronchi is a surgical oncologist, and his research activities include sarcoma neoadjuvant therapies and new targets for specific soft tissue sarcoma types.  He is the Joint Lead Applicant for the Sarcoma Accelerator, and his team are developing predictive and prognostic tools that are designed to provide a more accurate stratification of patient risk of relapse or neoadjuvant chemotherapy response to sarcoma.
