Our Research

To develop precision medicine for patients with high-risk soft tissue sarcomas, our multidisciplinary team of doctors with expertise in sarcoma Oncology, Surgery, Radiology, and Pathology are working closely in tandem with our scientists from the fields of Biology, Multi-omics, Medical Physics, Artificial Intelligence, and Computational Biology to achieve the following goals:

1. Create a data hub platform for clinical, imaging and pathology data from a large cohort of patients with soft tissue sarcomas as a resource for the broader sarcoma research community.
2. Analyse the molecular factors (genes and proteins) that underpin the biology of aggressive forms of soft tissue sarcomas.
3. Develop pre-clinical laboratory models of sarcoma to help discover new tailored treatments to facilitate the development of precision medicines.
4. Use next generation data analytics and artificial intelligence approaches to generate new tools and user-friendly apps for risk stratification of patients with soft tissue sarcomas.
